She has been performing in and helping produce shows of all kinds since the 4th grade, has been performing in Denver for the past 4 years, and no one can seem to put a stop to it. Orcas Dance Collective
OI Burlesque is a local performance troupe with roots based in Orcas Dance Collective's weekly Burlesque Jazz courses. OI Burlesque is founded on the belief that burlesque is for everybody and every body, and strives to provide a safe and sexy space for participants to explore and have fun.

Lily Verlaine
Lily Verlaine is the performance persona of Rachel Gourd, a classical ballet dancer, feminist theorist, visual artist, writer and burlesque artist. She studied at San Francisco Ballet and other notable schools with some of the most beloved names in ballet and is currently the private student of Bruce Wells in Seattle, Washington. She served as Artistic Director, Co-Producer and Choreographer of Land of the Sweets, The Burlesque Nutcracker (2006), Through The Looking Glass: The Burlesque Alice In Wonderland (2009) L’Histoire de Melody Nelson (2010) Burlesco DiVino: Wine in Rome (2012) and Visions of Sugarplums: A Burlesque Nutcracker (2014). She is also the founder and artistic director of House of Verlaine: An Exquisite Assemblage of Daring Classical Artists which presents classical ballet through a hedonistic, feminist lens.

Ebo Barton
Ebo Barton is a mixed Black and Filipino, Transgender and Non-Binary, Queer, poet. They are known for their work in Natasha Marin's Black Imagination, on the Write About Now, Button Poetry, and All Def Poetry channels. In 2016, they placed 5th in the World at Individual World Poetry Slam, and in 2017, they co-wrote and co-produced the award-winning play, "Rising Up". In 2018, they played "Invisible One" in Anastacia Renee's "Queer. Mama. Crossroads" and reprised the role in 2019. Ebo debuted his first published collection of poetry, Insubordinate in 2020, which was named a Washington State Book Award Finalist in the Poetry Category. From curated shows like Alchemy Poetry with Ben Yisrael to educating across the country at various institutions, Barton's written, performative, and community work demand societal reckoning.

Jasper McCann
Born in Kentucky and raised up in Kansas City, Jasper McCann studied vocal music at the University of Kansas and traveled extensively before finding Seattle and, eventually, the Seattle burlesque scene. It was a match made in heaven - well, mostly it was a match made at the Triple Door where his voice, his stage presence and his partnership in Lily Verlaine & Jasper McCann Present have graced our community with something truly joyful.
